With the realization having come at the highest level that our future success of Economic Growth programmes, depends a lot on infrastructure Development, more and more of emphasis is therefore being laid by Planning commission and various other agencies of Govt. of India to encourage Infrastructure Development on Priority Basis Multinationals, Public Sector Undertakings as well as private agencies are being encouraged to invest in this area with a view to ensure the future economic growth with in the ambit of liberalization .
